The all new Sidewinder is available in 18, 37, and 48 inch widths and is ideal for flat panels of any shape that require deburring or radiusing the edges, and/or removing laser oxide.

The all new Sidewinder is available in 18, 37, and 48 inch widths and is ideal for flat panels of any shape that require deburring or radiusing the edges, and/or removing laser oxide.
As a result of mounting the disc horizontally over the conveyor, the part is introduced in such a way that every edge, including holes and slots, are deburred and radiused using a 3M Scotch Brite™ pad. In addition, the machine can be used for laser oxide removal by refitting the disc with brushes.
